Just had a great experience in your Milford store with Jessica. I was shopping for work clothes and she was super helpful and helped me pick out a great outfit! I don’t usually like spending heaps of money on clothes but with the great service and knowing these items will go a long way, I was happy to spend the extra money. Thanks heaps Jessica you were lovely :)

Terrible customer service by Molly S at milford flo and frankie 1pm on 29th March. The way she talked and how she rolled her eyes at us was extremely disappointing. Not going to Milford store again

So disappointed! I bought the dress online and got a faulty dress!big hole in front and unable to wear. Then I found the label that this one only sales for $69 while I paid $135 online. The dress looks nice but I suggest only purchase in store and check the quality carefully

Super helpful service from the team here today. First time back in the mall after many years and such a nice experience. Lilli found a lovely cardi for me in my size and assisted with my silly card not working and lunch recommendations.So nice to be looked after by friendly, smiley staff. Thanks team, I'll be back for sure
