Great service from salesman and finance department. Pity they didn't check that the car we brought might have been under the required service kilometres but was due 2 months prior for a service. Brought July and needed service in April

Avoid this shop at all costs!I have been in 3 times for service, each time the charges were astronomical.One encounter: I went in for an ABS fault and was told the charges to fix were going to be over $3200 ended up going to a different shop and paid just over $700. When they told me it was going to be over $3200 they offered to buy my car from me for a ridiculously low sum. This comes across as extremely predatory behavior as the actual cost of repair was very low, it seems like a scheme to buy cars off customers for cheap. I think this is very bad practice to offer to buy the car unsolicited when hit with a large repair bill.Another encounter: I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and come back for a WoF, Service, and alignment as well diagnosing some other issues. The total came close to $1000 and they didn't even do the alignment, my steering wheel was at a 35 degree angle driving in a straight line after my visit which was 1000 times worse than when it came in. One of the issues they diagnosed" needed further diagnosis

My family loved the experience on purchasing our first new car in New Zealand. We had been hunting for a nice family car few weeks earlier and finally landed in here. We were greeted by Maarwan, he was the friendliest salesperson I ever met. He asked our needs and budget first without rushing us to choose a car. He was so informative, kind, and very patient to us, which were something we needed when we wanted to buy a car. You should see Maarwan definitely when you want to purchase one, very recommended. Jacky, from Finance, had also been very accomodating in terms of our payment. And it wrapped all my experiences in purchasing the car from Gazley. Hopefully they will also good at their car service too next time we do our service.

Recently purchased a new Eclipse Cross from Gazley Mitsubishi Wellington, Helen Spadoni was our sales person and she along with the team were just fantastic to work with. Helen went out of her way to attend our every question and query plus having the bow on the car when I picked it up just added an extra touch.After sales service has been brilliant and certainly couldn't have asked for any more. SCAMAround 6 months ago I took my car in to get serviced and was surprised when I was told that it was basically falling apart and that I'd need to order parts from overseas and go to a panel beaters. I was quoted $6,000 not inclusive of the panel beaters. I just took my falling apart" car in somewhere else and they fixed the issue... for... get this......$25!!!
