The customer service was excellent and the food was even better; fresh ingredients and perfectly toasted bread with a side of chips and a pickle. The iced coffee was delicious and my food was delivered quickly. Only small complaint was that my food was taken away before I had finished all of my chips.The Christmas decorations and train sets on the ceiling and on top of the display cabinets added a magical touch to the experience.I will definitely be back for seconds.

Great little sandwich shop tuckaway in the Elleslie village centre. Probably the best sandwich I had in Auckland. Refresh, tasty and full with flavour...Their coffee is really good and I'm a very picky coffee drinker.Recommended!!

Came here on a rainy Saturday. The staff were lovely and by 1.30pm they had sold out most of the cabinet sweets.I got the Roast beef French dip sandwich and the Cuban Hot sandwich with an iced latte and the caramel donut for dessert.Meat and bread ratio was perfect. The Cuban reminded me of the sandwiches I had in New York. I think that has to be my favorite closely followed by the Roast beef. I wanted that gravy to be slightly thicker and lots more of the gravy deliciousness.The coffee was beautiful and the donut was scrumptious. Definitely coming back here again for that Cuban sandwich

Reuben sandwich itself tasted great.However I would have expected more pastrami for $16. Reuben sandwiches in NY definitely have twice three times the meat.The menu options looked good.

Non flattering photos that don’t do this place justice but deliciously made bagel/sandwiches that hit the spot when you want something more-hot juicy filling topped with a drip of gravy or egg yolk. Got to get in quick though, items sell out quick!

Loved the food, the service was great. The French dip was crazy good! Have to watch out for some entitled customers who take forever to order even when there was a line and try to take your chair.

This place is so good I had it both days I was in the area, the staff are very friendly and the food they offer cant be praised enough. Very simple in design but super delicious. This is gonna be my stop every time I pass by. Update: added more photos, still amazing even after all these years.
