Our visit to Spa World Tauranga was such a positive experience. What started off as a fact finding exercise ended in a purchase on the day. And this was all thanks to Katrina Wilson. She goes the extra mile to ensure you enjoy your purchase and make herself available to coach you through new experiences. She is approachable and it shows that she genuinely enjoys what she does and has faith in the product she sells to you. From all the companies we contacted and visited, we were not bombarded with phone calls and emails after contacting Spa World Tauranga, but when we had a question, Katrina will inform us or direct us to the correct person. A SwimSpa is an expensive enjoyment to add to your home, but SpaWorld makes it such a comfortable buy when you know knowledge and help is only a phone call away.

Katrina is awesome! She was always happy to help and made the process of purchasing our swim spa so easy. She provided reassurance and guided us with all our enquiries regarding where to place the swim spa and she communicated with the tradies to get the correct concrete slab and electrical connections sorted. She communicated with us throughout the process and kept us informed of the delivery date and times. Again Katrina is awesome!
