The arrogance of the young asian man that had the audacity to say I couldnt afford the vacuum I wanted for my pool. Sent me over the road to his competitors store where I purchased a robotic vacuum for over 2grand. Absolutely disrespectful and didn't ever care that I took offence and just directed me over the road. Il like management to get in touch

Always there to give advice and they check my spa water while I wait .very efficient and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.They also sell saunas and foam products.If they don’t have what you want they will endeavour to get it in.Great service -Thank you

Have to say through the covid levels pool and spas service has been really good. Brought spa supplies in level 3, the payment and pick up was seemless. I would recommend.

We bought our spa from these guys and they have been great. Our next purchase will be an in ground swimming pool - we will be buying fro them. They have the best advice and Paul instills confidence in us.

Yesterday, I went into the shop in PN as ime from Whanganui and was greeted by Frank who was very polite and showed me different spa pools. As I was interested in the workings of them he introduced me to Thomas who was very very helpful and went out of his way to explain what I needed to know. He guided me thru all the mechanics and workings which I had quizzed him about. Thank you Thomas for your patience and expertise. I would highly recommend this shop as the service was fantastic.

Awful customer service. Do not back up products and are just rude. Swore at me and hung up phone. GO THERE IF YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF AND GET SWORN AT!!

helpful team, prices aren't the absolute cheapest but are fair and I'm happy to pay the little extra for the service!

We are getting a new spa from these fellas today. Thomas was kind, considerate, very knowledgeable and extra willing to listen and help me choose a spa that would suit my specific and complex health needs. When I first called, I'd seen the flash one and naively said I wanted it, and when I explained it was our first and I didn't want to spend that much, my level of importance as a customer did not diminish. Sadly, with shipping issues (I checked around and shipping issues for these things is huge) the original one we ordered has just not arrived after a long wait, and will still take much longer. But, Thomas, once again offered us one of a few they had in stock with the same level of insulation that would still suit my needs and those of my family and even better than the one we ordered, at no extra. We really appreciate the time and attention Thomas and the owner have put in, in helping us get what we need at an astoundingly great price with extras, the help and guidance to prepare our courtyard for it, and the little things Thomas went far and above the call of duty to do for us due to my severe immune disorder. Nowhere else was able to listen intelligently and come up with solutions to help. My only criticism would be that we had to do some chasing up where I feel we perhaps should not have had to, but Thomas did always get back to us quickly when messages were left and the other staff were always very friendly. Thank you guys!

Great at selling spa's and the brand of spa's is good. Worst ever after sales service. Ordered replacement headrests for our pool over a year ago and heard nothing. Gave up after a month and found some online much cheaper. I recently asked for a quote to repair a leak in the pump. Nil reply or acknowledgement for 3 weeks and only after I sent a series of e-mail reminders. They then provided a quote which I accepted nearly 4 weeks ago and no reply. I have also sent a series of reminders and saw them in person at the home show but nil response. Even a quick reply to provide indicative dates would have been good. Great spa's - rubbish service.
