Aldwins Road Vet Clinic

My cats have been at this vet for the past few years. The service has always very good but yesterday I rang to get a price to vaccinate per cat and was told $75 over the phone. I took my 1st cat in, she got vaccinated and when I went to pay was charged $103! They acknowledged they had told me $75 over the phone but said because it was a verbal price and not a written quote that they still insisted on the $103! So I paid it, and today registered my cats at a different vet not far from them and the same vaccination is only $69.Ring around different vets for prices and get everything in writing beforehand, otherwise they can change it and charge what they like afterwards!

Staff (we had Maddie) were great. Professional and empathetic. Made the last hour with my beautiful Pushkin livable and easy. Highly recommended

Love the team at Aldwins vet clinic. They have looked after our dogs so well. Always tell you how much things are likely to cost before they get going. Payment options are great too.

I was tired of some of the surly/indifferent staff at our previous vets so I tried Aldwins Road Vet Clinic. It was the best move. The staff are always very welcoming and kind. We feel like valued clients, and they love our wee Betty. Vets, Dr Elora and Dr Maddie are skilful, confident and very experienced vets.
