Don't do dine in. Slowest dine in ever. Had to wait over 20 minutes on both occasions.. didn't learn the first time .They concentrate on the drive through as it seems to flow fine

The meal was fine, the women behind the counter were fine. They didn't have any fizzy drinks to go with the meal when I went in there. There was a man inside who was quite badly verbally abusing his son and he even smacked him hard. Ummm yeah average

The best Maccas I’ve had in years! I only came to charge my car at the EV charger but popped in for some lunch and these guys are doing a superb job. I eat Maccas regularly at a lot of places around the country when I’m travelling and I haven’t had a good experience since pre-pandemic. That changed today - hot crispy fries, a lovely cup of tea, great burger and all delivered incredibly fast. The place is spotlessly clean, the staff smile, I heard the supervisor telling the kitchen they were doing a great job - all the good stuff. And most pleasant was the lack of constant noise from the alarms. When one started, it was promptly responded to and stopped. Most of the Maccas I go into these days let all the alarms keep going. It seemed very professional and efficient - very impressive!

Our food was nice and hot and fresh. When our order number was called, i went to collect it and was asked if i'd like any ketchup or salt with my order, and the restaurant was clean and tables were wiped down. A pleasent visit!

McDonald's? More like McDisappointment. I recently had the displeasure of dining at this establishment, and I must say, the food was simply dreadful. Not only was it low quality, but it was also incredibly expensive. It's unbelievable how their prices keep going up despite the lack of quality in their food. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a satisfying meal. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

If you are going to Macca's in whangarei, go to this one. This is the only one that has crispy fries. Not always, but 70,% of the time, they are crispy. And 30% of the time, they are soggy. But, the other locations are soggy 100% of the time. This one is cleaner, too.
