This laundromat is probably the best if not in Glen Innes, then on the EASTSIDE.. But just lately particularly during these times of covid. Ive come in here and its a total mess. Peoples undies, socks, kids clothing, rubbish/bags. People leaving their washing in the machines. Honestly, Cant wait til the staff are back in there. Cleanup yourselves people!

This is the best laundromat I go to… it’s very clean always attended and staff are very nice! I will always come here when needing to wash my big blankets and sheets. Fair price too

Terrible service today. I have been here heaps before, and today I went to pay with my credit card, the lady saw that I pushed the credit button, and cancelled the transaction. She said it’s a dollar extra to pay with credit card.When I questioned this, as there are no signs to notify this, nor have I ever been charged this before. She said, it’s always been the rule. Not impressed.I dried my washing for 50 mins, and returned 55 mins later. The place was not busy, and there was lots of free machines. the lady took my washing out of the drier, and tried to charge an extra $2.00.Not impressed, happy to pay, not happy to be ripped off!

Lots of machines that all seem very new/well maintained. Even on a Sunday afternoon we didn't have to wait. The big machines easily fit our duvet.

Affordable pricing, if I'm in a rush can get my laundry serviced cost less then $3. Always clean, very busy especially around the winter season. Friendly staff, fast service and very helpful.

First time going here. I paid for a hot wash cycle and I pressed start on the washing machine however noticing it was washing it on cold. I asked for a partial refund and the sales man responded no customers fault" and that I needed to change the setting. 1. No signs around telling you to do that. 2. Im paying for a service I'm not getting. 3. Poor service. Never going back"

Very hard-working family-run business it seems. They're always hard at work keeping things tidy for the customers, mopping the floors shiny and vacuuming the dryer filters.Eftpos payment, no need for coins!Large machines.Small machines.Large tumble dryers.Free WiFi for customers.Range of services should you choose to just drop off laundry.This quickly became my favourite laundromat for the price and service and convenient location (by my gym and Pak N Save). The staff are helpful and friendly and offer a range of laundry services. Go during the week if you can help it because weekends can be quite packed even though there are a lot of machines.

It was my first time to visit the place. Parking is available just outside. Heaps of dryer and washing machine. Clean and good prices too. There is a cctv camera. They have an eftpos machine.Prices have increased since I first came. Photos uploaded.

Fair Price Laundromat
Today the power went out in the laundrymat. Everyone washing and dryer was reset. We couldn't back on. I messaged the contact number and I asked if they could come in. So managed pay again but so unhelpful. Can't control the weather but what you can control is coming in and helping people out especially during this time of covid. I rang first but respected the text only emergency.
