I am a 2degrees customer. I had a problem with my phone. The 2 degrees staff at The Palms declined to fix it. They said they did not know how and also gave me information that was incorrect. They told me to go down to ICell. So I did......The two guys there were absolutely awesome. They fixed the problem for me and gave me some technical advice. I am so grateful for their help and all with no charge, just a big smile from them. They will be my go to" from here on in. Again....thank you soooo much for your help. Colleen."

Great service from the 2 guys at iCell recently. I arrived at 4.30 and they stayed until 7.00 to sort an issue I had with transferring data from an old phone to a new phone. Thanks very much guys. The new guy was awesome. Cheers.

Incredibly disappointed with this service. My wife paid $153 to have the glass on her phone screen replaced and it is already coming off!! She got the phone back after 2 weeks of them repairing it and the screen is freaking out. Picked it up on the 7th of December so has not even been six months with the new glass. Would not recommend.

Shocking! $40 for Oppo Screen Protector. First 2 didn't stick and when removed were like gladwrap. Told me my fault as pH already had one on it. So why rip me off and not tell me, I wouldn't have bought another if it had one. Horrible to deal with. Finally after no3 a different man said he'll put a better one on ... So what was the others ... GLADWRRAP like school book stuff!!

Went to get a camera glass fixed as glass had broken, got it fixed but now camera is completely blurry. Was told it’s dust in it but they should’ve cleaned it properly before applying glass as it’s turned out worse before fixed. Also got a new screen protector and there so many little hairs under the protector. Also was told a specific time and ended up being a 40 min extra wait.
