Bought a wet and dry vac from bunnings and motor crapped out. Used less than a dozen times and still looks like new. still under warranty. Hydraquip gave reason that dirt got inside motor as for not having a bag on and warranty is void when I explained it was used for wet vacuuming and that dirt could possibly get in from water residue. Would never buy a cheap model Karcher again as it's just a name and be weary about their 2yr warranty as they try to fix instead of replace!

Rarely give 5 stars but they deserve it. I wouldn't hesitate to buy anything from them. I had to return a faulty product bought over a year ago from a different retailer and they replaced it the same day. Friendly, knew their stuff and very customer focused. Excellent service.

We bought in our Karcher window vac (probably at least 5 years old) because it wasn't working. The service man knew instantly what was wrong and re-fitted a second-hand part FOR FREE!!! How lovely of him to do that kind gesture when they could have taken it for days and done the same repair and charged us for it. Top notch for service and honesty and kindness :-)

I felt bad Turning up 10 minutes b4 they closed with a broken solution hose that needed urgent repair. Oscar got it fixed and was nothing but accommodating.Appreciate that level of services

Having purchased a very expensive product a few months prior, when it stopped working I mistakenly thought it may be a warranty issue so took the item back to them.The plug had to be re-fitted, they charged over $100.00What a rip-off, they should be embarrassed with that level of service charge with a client who has spent thousands.

Brought my karcher floor mop in as the water had stopped coming out of the valve. The man on front desk very friendly and helpful, and with the use of a few gadgets" he sorted the blocked water valve on the spot. Very appreciative of his generosity.Great service
