Good service but poor exchange rates compared to others.

I left things a bit last minute but super easy process to get a cash passport. Would have been a bit stuck otherwise. Good customer service, helped sort the stress of it all

My experience with your Sylvia Park branch today 13/11/18.I called in to find our what time the shop closes and asked for A$ exchange rate. They lady on the other side of the phone told me shop closes at 7.00pm. So I went to the branch at 6.50pm. I was very surprised when one of the customers who was being served turned around and told me the shop was closed. The lady at the counter asked the gentleman to pass the message on! Very unprofessional.I did try to speak to the assistant and argued my point telling her I called earlier and that she told me the shop closes at 7pm not 6.45pm.The website clearly states that Sylvia Park shop closes at 7pm.Anyways when I was trying to speak to the assistant she completely ignored me. How rude. I suppose she did me a favour as I went across to Lotus Currency and got a better rate for my $$. Never going to Travel Currency again!

Great staff, lovely to deal with. Checked exchange rate prior to going, screenshotted and when they had a different rate 2 hours later they were happy to honor their rate from earlier. Will definitely deal with them again.

We had a great experience here. The exchange rates were the best we saw all day and there were no extra service fees unlike most exchanges. The customer service was exceptional and the server very friendly and patient.
