Just went in to get full legs & bikini wax done by Manaia and I gotta say one of the best therapists I’ve ever had. I felt so comfortable with the whole experience as I haven’t really gotten waxed before, she made it very painless & quick. She was super engaging and felt super welcomed by all staff. After Brazilian wax they have suggested and given this product to me at Ruby wax. My entire skin got red and so much of irritation that I couldn’t wear pants. I just applied very little still so much irritation caused. Please do not buy this product.

Jordan is amazing. It was my first time there and she made me feel comfortable right away. It’s tucked right inside Les Mills entrance and very discreet rooms. They provide privacy sheets while you wait for the technician to come in (if you’re getting something done down there).Jordan was friendly and chatted with me but also was calm to help you stay relaxed. The wax was not too hot and she waited the perfect time for each strip before removing. She did an excellent job and followed up with tweezers for any missed hairs.Easily booked in for another appointment with her but you can always book online too which is so convenient.
