I thought getting my nails done would be an occasional treat, but having been here it's now a fixture! The ladies are kind, friendly and meticulous - and the results are amazing. My nails stay strong, withstand anything, and I'm always receiving compliments on them. Their prices are very reasonable, and given I only need to visit when the colour grows out it's a small price for big rewards. Plus they have a loyalty card. My friend recommended them to me and I'm more than happy to recommend them to others. A fixture and a treat!

I love Nailvolution, I have been a loyal customer of theirs’ for 5 years and it never disappoints! I still am yet to find a better nail or eyebrow place in Auckland. Very affordably and really friendly staff, always have the best experience every time I go! My all timee favv ❤️

As a birthday gift, my friend presented me a RUBBER MANICURE GEL voucher last August. I wasn't able to use it as we were in lockdown from August last year. Them I went back to Europe and came back a few months ago. Because of the travel and we moved to a new home, my nails weren't very strong so I waited until today to do the rubber manicure gel.When I arrived to Nailvolution, the front lady told me that the voucher was expired. I explained the situation and she went to ask the manager. Once she came back, she told me she will accept the voucher but if I was able to do the manicure at that moment. I agreed but first I went to the toilet. When I came back, she changed mind and told me that she will do the manicure but I have to pay an extra charge. How much? I asked her, and she told me that I have to pay NZ$30 extra. I asked how much did my friend paid for the voucher, and she said NZ$70. So I complaint and told them it wasn't fair. They already got the money for this service and wanted more. Incredible to believe. Of course I didn't accept the deal and left the place.

Excellent care taken. I also like the friendliness between staff and the customers who speaks English together with a joke or two, even though they might speak Vietnamese between themselves.Love my rubber gel nails, thanks Tammy
