Horrible service. Slow turnaround and very expensive for the service provided. Had my accounts processed by different accountants each year - Amy/Amanda/George ... very confusing, I get asked the same questions over and over despite at the start Stephen said my accounts will be done by the same accountant to improve efficiency and keep costs down. This was not the case.

I have used this accountant for more than 10 years and they are fantastic. Especially if you have rental properties because they more than just talk the talk. This team also walk the walk and have many years personal experience. Mark Withers is often approached by News reporters for his expert opinion on the real estate and rental industries.

Terrible service and no value offered. Questions often repeated multiple times as staff change and they are very quick to charge for the time taken to do so. I have since changed to another accountant where I receive a much more efficient service
