I do not mind the place... But the beer is not what I would expect from Belgian beer.... Not so many people either... It's a nice place to hang out sometimes but, both times I went here, I felt living in an empty town...

My favourite restaurant now. Everything is cooked perfectly, ingredients were fresh. Clean and welcoming environment, excellent taste and service. Definitely worth to try. The Linguini was creamy and flavorful, my husband ordered rib eye steak, cooked to perfection, he loves the dark ale beer. Mussel pot was great too. Decent portion as well. For kid's meal, very good value comes with a dessert, an ice cream treat for my boy.

Very disappointing meal. We have been there often and enjoyed it but this time we didn't. They had run out of cherry beer which I love, so I ordered a raspberry beer instead only to be told they didn't have that either. I did enjoy the salt and pepper squid, but the rest of the meal was very average. Our party of four felt we could give it a miss for a while

Good customer service, chips were good and the setting tasteful. It was a little cold inside but as I was the only person there I could imagine it warming up later on

Unique place in Christchurch offering European beers at a reasonable price and in such a fun environment! The tasting board of four Belgian beers ($15) left me wanting more, that's for sure! Had the mussel platter ($50) which had 31 mussels on it with three different flavours which were all fantastic. Belgian fries with aioli-like sauce were to die for. Friendly and fast service. Will definitely be returning!

Meal before movie. Great salad. Fresh, crisp and flavoursome. Serve of fries. Good service on the night. Missed having a cocktail.

Second time visiting and also the second time they were out of beer listed on their menu. Pretty meh overall, especially for a Belgian beer bar that doesn't have a good beer selection. But clean and nothing came out wrong on my last visit so 3 stars.

Had a work doo here.Very nice establishment, really nice food, thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere here, and they sell 2 gluten-free beers, which come in big glasses. The staff are very accommodating.Lots of car parking spaces too.Will definitely be interested in going back for a meal and a beer.Major thanks to the staff for making a memorable evening.They deserve at least 8 stars
