Reasonable price, quick repair, friendly service, 5 star well deserved.(I went to their competitor Albany Topedo 7 bike shop first where I bought my son's bike from and got told they were too busy, could not be done today and the price quote was almost the double the price that I paid to Pack & Pedal.)

After many years looking for a good bike mechanic I was very lucky to come across Leo from Pack & Pedal Albany. An experienced bike mechanic who knows his stuff and says it how it is. Leo was happy to show and tell as he stepped through the repair while he completed it. Explaining why and what he was doing as he went. Good to find a store that walks the walk when it comes to reducing, reusing and recycling. My good old, well used bike can live another day.
