Out of the garage today. The welcome from Jude is perfect, she answered all my questions and explained me how the things were going.I'm traveling in a Van who's actually my house and Marti and his crew made it safer than it was. He explained me also the troubles and showed it to me, perfect.I come from France and from my experience today, there is not much mechanic place in France who are on the same level as NRG is.I would recommend without any doubt.

Had a BMW 1 series serviced here including oil change and filter replacement. During the next service with a different workshop they called me to say they removed the oil filter cap and found no filter had been installed!! This car had serious issues which could be attributed to unfiltered oil which led to me selling the car for scrap. Steer clear if you want your car properly and professionally serviced!!

Great place for your vehicle services!!!Highly recommend this to everyone and greatly appreciate their efforts on getting a last minute job done on a Saturday late morning!!We were quite desperate and have been looking for a good place for sometime. Thank god we have heard back from them, so we have decided to drive all the way down here for a car service.Due to unforeseen circumstances we were quite close to 11:30 am and quite desperate and the technical officer has taken the initiative to help us get the service done at the last minute with very good recommendations for daily usage.Great staff, prompt service, great communication with all the customers!!Loved the meaningful conversation with the young representative at the reception❣️We’ll definitely be returning to them.

The only garage in town to go to. These guys are amazing. Especially jude who is on reception, she is so kind. And Marty one of the mechanics who fixed our car in no time. They even spoke to my usual garage in Auckland to sort out the issue with the car. Offered us a place to stay as we were sleeping in the car whilst traveling round. I went there twice for a WOF.The first time the service was okay/acceptable but the second one, they ripped me off 'politely'. After I raised my issue finally I got some of my money back.There are definitely better places to go than here.

Great team who will give you an honest assessment of what your vehicle requires and then agree terms and timeframes to have you up and running safely within the legal requirements. Always professional in their work.

Extremely rude on the phone. Refused to carry out repairs on vehicle with an interlock device. Disappointing.

we got our vehicle repaired by this company. they are quick and efficient but they did not try particularly hard to locate parts. I sourced a part locally just around the corner at partsmaster.
