I'd be the first to admit that I'm not typically a fan of car salespeople. However, my expectations were far exceeded after purchasing a new car for my wife from BMW at the Mount. I can't speak highly enough of them. They are exceedingly friendly, very professional and always willing to help. Their after-sales care/assistance has been the best I've ever experienced. Same can be said of their service department. If anyone is looking at purchasing a BMW, then I would highly recommend you visit BMW at the Mount. AAA++++

I'm rating the mechanic service. I have a 330i e90 model they do a good job and they know what they are doing I got some work done their about 2 years ago but since then I have gone else where because I thought they charged far to much and I was right since then I had the same work done at half the rate at a euro specialist

Brilliant and thorough service from the Coombes Johnston Team. They take the extra time to do what's best. Admittedly it might feel like an extra wait but once they've explained it you'll understand why and be happy they did so in the long run. 10/10

Went to the location and asked how much and if the service team can repair my key fob for my Mini Cooper; was told it needs replacing without them actually inspecting the key. When asked if they can give me a quote, they mentioned around $400. A bit of professionalism on an exact number would have been appreciated. Called a different BMW location and they said the battery simply needs replacing which is a fraction of the price.
