Mel at the I am Yoga studio is absolutely amazing. The room is very serene and warm such a beautiful environment and the class is awesome great instruction in a calm, happy voice. You really feel great after a class would highly recommend.

Really enjoyed Mel's yin class and more recently the kundalini. She has a lot to offer.
