Just had our first chance to use our new Evo TL & Aerobase3 here in Aus for a camping trip. Great product & quality guys. It went together well & withstood some terrible weather interspersed between some great hot Aussie summer days. Definitely sold on your products, well done!

Very disappointed in the after purchase service. Received a zempire tent from a store in Australia and on setting up I noticed what looked like a burn mark in the awning section. Straight away I took pictures and sent to Zempire customer service, Their reply was they will send me a repair kit, or if I know of a local tent repairer. After buying a new tent I didn’t think I would have to be patching it up before even using it or running around trying to find a tent repair company. Very disappointed.

Purchased in Dec 2021Used for the first time for three nights at the blue lake in Rotorua. All other air tent owners asking about it comparing it to their tent flapping in the wind.The tent is very well constructed with reinforcing around peg straps. Love this tent ⛺
