Mark Kum is the best choice that can be made for getting braces done. I’ve known Mark for 5 years now and has been just over a year since I got my braces off, I still have very straight teeth and remain very happy with the results. Mark brings a great personal touch to the appointments and genuinely cares about each of his clients. I couldn’t recommend someone more than I do Mark.

Mark and his team have always provided an exceptional and very professional service. I was referred to his practice approximately four years ago, and had top and bottom braces on for a year and a half. I have since received follow-up appointments across two years post-removal and have always felt welcomed into his practice. I am very happy with my results. They are a great team, and I would highly recommend to anyone!

Throughout the years, I had braces; Mark Kum was incredibly professional, informative, and friendly. Though I've meant to write this review for a while, I must do. My braces were removed about four years ago, and I'm still very impressed with the results. Mark truly cares about each of his clients and adds a professional image to the visits. I never felt intense pain in any of the appointments for brace adjustments. Up to two years after removing the braces, Mark continued to look after my teeth during visits and kept an eye on the fit and usage of the retainers. Not to mention, the nurses were all friendly and professional. Highly Recommend.

I have no complaints whatsoever about Mark's work. My braces have just been removed after just under 2 years of seeing Mark and I couldn't be happier. He was really clear and always informed me on what the process was and how things were looking, he was lovely and made me feel really comfortable. Definitely deserving of 5 stars, I would recommend him to anyone!

Mark had been my orthodontist from the end of 2015 till 2019. During the entire treatment period, Mark had been nothing but knowledgeable, professional, attentive and friendly. I had not experienced any unbearable discomfort during any of the brace adjustment appointments. Mark continued to caring for his patients and monitoring their retainer fit and usage up to two years following the removal of braces. My usual dentist also showed great respect to Mark. It was a very positive experience for me and I am grateful to Mark and his lovely team . This review is long due. I would recommend Mark to anybody who needs an orthodontist in Christchurch.

Mark Kum orthodontist is a phenomenal orthodontist. I have just finished my orthodontic appointments with Mark and I would say the results are amazing. One of the best thing about Mark is that he does everything himself and knows the patient closely unlike other orthodontists who outsources their work to their nurses.
