Excellent cattery in a great location. They take really good care of my anxious cat and I feel totally at ease leaving her in their care. Super clean, nice rooms and friendly staff - I highly recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to look after their cat.

We had to leave our cat with Purr-fect while we shifted houses. The cattery is so clean and smart and the owners very professional. Thanks for looking after Bruce.... He thought it was Cat-a-strophic, but he is settling in well. Recommend to anyone. Well priced too.

Purr-fect Retreat Cat Motel
The place itself although on a main road is very quiet. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and experienced in all things cat. We had our 2 boys there for 8 days and they sent photos with a brief of how they were which was greatly appreciated. The staff had no problems with medication for the cats and the room was sunny and well set out. There are different types of rooms to choose from. The boarding area is warm, clean and dry. I would definitely use them again

We have been very happy with the way our cat has been taken care of during 2 stays there. Her first stay was after a flight from Auckland and they went to great lengths to help her settle down. Charges are reasonable and we have always been welcomed with a friendly smile. Easy to find in Stoke and easy access.
