I have been using Roofracks Nz since last year. It was a last minute request to get my roof bars and platform done.None of the other companies could help me out. Just visited to Roofracks NZ. Scott and the team are very talented and experienced. They immediately understood my request and gave me the solution. Everything was sorted in 30 minutes.Also, recently I have ordered some more additions to my roof rack. Somehow I have received the incorrect sizes and types. As soon as I communicated the issue, Rayan and Scott shipped a whole new package without even asking for the wrongly sent item. This an above and beyond customer service. Bought my roof rack from Roof Racks NZ a year ago and love it, it is large enough to fit my families camping gear and skiis for winter when we head to the mountain. When I lost a part they went out of their way to help me replace it. Highly recommended.

These guys are fantastic. Scott in particular is great to deal with. Customer service quality across the board is on average getting worse, but these guys buck the wider trend. I had a small issue when my roof rack was installed and Scot was super about it. He remedied the problem and did that a caring attitude. I wish all businesses were as good at customer service as these guys. Thoroughly recommend.
