Brought two belts from them a while back. I accidentally gave the wrong measurements for one of the belts and they repaired/altered without extra charge! Provided details on how to take care of the belts to make them last a long time. Offered the conditioner for the belts too and even did a show and tell of how to use it. Several months later both belts still look brand new. Thanks Merv and Toni!
