Boots came apart after couple games. Wouldnt replace & gave some really flimsy excuse. Better service and prices at larger retailers.

Poor Customer Service. The only answer you can give its no enough. I have so many others old futsal( indoor soccer) shoes and never happened like this before. We remain dissatisfied with your position on the subject by insisting that it was misused, which in reality did not happen. Your total lack of attention to me when I returned to your store and you would not listen to me. I want to make it clear that I left the product with your staff, left the money too and just got the bad feeling of being poorly served as a customer. Also I feel embarrassed to explain my son's questioning why he had to run out of new shoes. After all he sees the name of your brand on many competition shirts. It is difficult from an early age to learn how to separate some people who run their businesses with profit margins at all costs, including the dissatisfaction of their customers.

Good quality stuff service a bit slow they need to acknowledge you when you enter the store

Bought the $99 Junior Start-up pack of boots, ball, backpack and cones for my youngest. Went home and the kids kicked the ball around the backyard. Within days it went flat. I pumped it back up and went flat within hours. So I took it back to get it replaced. After a lengthy wait I was told that because it wasn't leaking from the valve (according to their testing - which was pump it up

It has a good range of soccer gear. A lot of the stock online is not available in store which can be sometimes be annoying. The Soccer Shop has a relatively small car park.

Great little football merchandise but with online competitors, pricing a bit too high but still a neat little shop to try things on before you buy plus good location so I can always stop by on my way through Hamilton.

Quick service but the girl on the phone needs to know some basic phone manners. She just wants to answer the question and hang up on you and doesn't even ask if there is anything else she could help me with. I had to call back.

Item incorrectly listed on the website, returned the item as it was not fit for purpose and was refused a refund due to opening the packaging. The Soccer Shop admitted the item was wrongly listed however refused to accept responsibility. Refund received through bank chargeback, thank you Soccer Shop :)

Used online store. Very happy with fast delivery so close to Christmas and shirt looks great with screen printed name and number. Thanks
