Kim went above and beyond to help us plan the most magical holiday. Absolutely amazing assistance from Kim during some difficult times for my wife and I to go and see a dying relative not knowing a passport had expired during COVID.Kim's tireless work over a couple of weeks allowed this to happen, seemingly against all odds, and we were bowled over by her commitment and hard work way above what would normally be required to arrange travel.Eternally grateful.
