Regular auctions on line . Best to pop in a have a look at anything before bidding if possible I have been caught out with items not working when I get them home. The problem is they only put pictures and no description. But deals to be had

I had a bad experience not personally but was their today and witnessed the old guy taking the bids humiliate a young lady who was also their biding. I felt the man could of approached her rather than call her out in front of everyone else who was biding. I was their to buy a few things but after seeing his attitude and the way he acted in front of everyone put me off even wanting to buy there. You might have had an issue with the young lady but there's a time and place for that. I comforted the young lady soon after she walked out in tears only to find out earlier that morning you allowed her to stay and to continue biding...how can you ask someone to stay because they are welcomed and then humiliate a person and accuse them of being someone there not. Bad experiences for the young lady and to me that's poor communication on the staff's behalf although the young guy is very polite and understanding I think the older guy should take tips from the younger one on how to treat people

The staff are soo friendly and welcoming. An amazing mix of auction goods, and you can get some really good bargains or things that are difficult to find elsewhere. I just have to keep going back for more
