I was on a tight schedule and Freddie offered me to have a look at my car on the same day! He ordered the important parts and started the repairs the next morning. I left his workshop at 8 am and didn't except to hear back from him before the afternoon. He called me at 12 pm. Super quick! Great work! Most friendly mechanic!

Very upset with my experience this time around. My car now has a brand new dent/scratch on it that was 100% Not there before I took the car in. Mechanics were “unsure” of how it happened. Disappointed they didn’t take ownership of the damage they caused. Do not recommend!!!

Avoid at all cost!!! It is a total rip off! We went for WOF and they failed our car and quoted $1050 for wheel bearing hub + $150 to replace Sun visor. (Another mechanic only charged us $360 for wheel bearing hub)They are overpriced and difficult to communicate with. Totally unprofessional.

Freddie is amazing he saved me from spending heaps at a different mechanic ..he is super honest reliable and keeps to his word .His service was done on 2 cars of mine .He works efficiently fast and he did not suggest extra work and explained everything ...excellent service super happy I can certainly recommend him to everyone

Brought my car into Freddie and the team at torstone. They were very informative and helpful and gave me multiple options on how and why I should fix my car while also running me through the overheads. One of the best mechanic experiences I’ve had, thanks guys
