Hot Tub on the Hillside

Such a unquie experience and a great amount of time given to be there. Private and very well thought out with gorgeous change rooms . Fantastic communication and helpful. Couldn't have ended our holiday any better a few hours before boarding our plane. We will definitely be back for sure.

Amazing location, a perfect way to spend an afternoon. John has put so much care and thought into the user experience. For us this was far better than Onsen. Will definitely be back.

We went to the cliffside hot tub today. The weather and the view are amazing! I believed John Hansen is the owner. He prepared everything nicely. He gave very clear instruction of how to get there and how to use the facility. Everything is well prepared. The pool temperature was just right and you can adjust yourself too. The changing room and toilet are clean & tidy. We brought our own fizzy drinks and fresh fruits. Highly recommend to visit there on a special occasion!

Experiencing this wonderful place is the best thing you can do in Queenstown. The view is just surreal. Very relaxing. The owner is also very accomodating and responsive to all my queries. Will definitely visit this place again.

What a great gem in Frankton - not widely marketed and that is how we love it!The communication was great, everything was perfectly set up and we ended up spending half a day just soaking and taking in the beautiful views of Lake Johnston and the surrounding hills and mountains. You will feel like you are a whole world away from everyone, when really you are 5 min away from Frankton!Thoroughly recommended :)

Then few days to confirmation, it was cloudy with rain showers so I decided to give it a go. Then today, beautiful and sunny weather. Amazing!Directions will only be provided once bookings are secured and payment is confirmed. Towels, water, drink wares, and bluetooth music player, umbrella hats are provided. Has good 4G signal which lets you upload real time photos. Thank you John for the experience, this place is amazing, peaceful and relaxing.Highly recommended when you are in Queenstown!

We absolutely loved visiting our time here. You have a secluded private view over the lake in a very toasty tub where you can relax and have a picnic if you like. I would highly recommend it to anyone thinking about booking!

We stumbled across this hidden gem and boy, are we glad we did! John was a great host and should be congratulated on the remarkable job he has done in creating this sensational hot tub experience in Queenstown. We were absolutely blown away by the beautiful views of Lake Johnson and felt so relaxed by the tranquil environment around us. Amazing! We booked the Cliffside tub and arrived not long after we landed in Queenstown. Quiet & Beautiful views! John had great communication, supplied clear directions, had a lovely bathroom with bathrobes, towels, and the addition of water, wine glasses and a speaker made our visit a 5/5. Recommend to do if visiting!
