Sophia and Mike helped me through quite a significant renovation and were a pleasure to work with. They are trustworthy, great communicators and I felt they genuinely cared about getting things right from beginning to end. I had many questions along the way, and they always took the time to patiently answer them! I would not hesitate to use them again and thoroughly recommend them to anyone else who is looking for high-quality project management of their renovation.

I have had an excellent experience working with Sophia, Mike, Rachel and the team of sub-contractors.We planned the renovation to the Kitchen/Dining/Lounge/Laundry between March and August 2021.The renovation had to be postponed in late August due the delta lockdown.Despite these challenges, the project was actually completed ahead of the new schedule, and to budget.The work was completed to a highly professional standard throughout and I am very pleased with the results.I would thoroughly recommend Refresh to anyone who requires a stress-free fully project managed renovation

The entire Refresh Renovations team were excellent, from start to finish.Every aspect of our planned renovations was discussed, and Sophia and Rachel assisted in our decision-making with professionalism and creativity. Their knowledge of products, of feasibility and of practicality was invaluable. We were fully involved and updated at every step of the way, and they patiently and clearly answered our myriad questions! No detail was too small or unimportant and anything we raised was dealt with swiftly and efficiently.During the build Mike as Project Manager was at pains to make sure we knew what the plan was week by week. He was involved with the trades on a daily basis and ensured that everything was completed to his exacting standards. We are absolutely thrilled with the results.We would highly recommend Refresh Renovations to anyone looking to do renovations in the future and, if it’s bathrooms, make sure you take them up on the option of the portable shower. It was a lifesaver and is bigger and more efficient than many we have seen in motels and holiday parks!

Refresh Renovations team is highly professional, friendly and reliable. Mike the Project Manager made sure everything happens at the right time and went well beyond his brief to clean up the site thoroughly before every weekend and after the whole project completed. We felt very safe to leave our house to them to go on a holiday while the renovation was going on. They also gave us very good advice.I would love to give them five star, but if I am honest, the only problem I had was the limited options open to us when i had to choose vanity, bath, tabs or locks. They preferred to work with people they know - fair enough and I considered their choices pretty good but still, as a customer, I wished I could have more options.

From Kick off to touch down the team of Mike, Sophia and Rachel delivered us two beautiful renovated bathrooms. Meeting Sophia and Rachel initially, getting our ideas and giving theirs, then taking it to the design team came up with designs we could visualise, then taking us to choose fittings etc made the job less onerous for ourselves, and we appreciated all their input during the reno. Mike is in a league of his own. His daily contact with us and his tradies, kept us in the loop as to what was happening. His subcontractors, being excellent tradespeople, respected him and ourselves so having them in the house, whilst a noisy, dusty experience, was made easier with them all cleaning up at the end of each day.We have no hesitation in recommending Refresh to anyone contemplating a renovation.John and Anna Davidson
