We too experienced outstanding customer service. We are from out of town and Hill Automotive were nothing but exceptional in handling our large problem!! Price was very reasonable, service was incredible, everything was made exceptionally easy, they had a courtesy car around and insisted we use it to enjoy our holiday, drop off and pick up of our vehicle was a breeze. Tina on reception was so helpful with local tourist knowledge. Hill Automotive went above and beyond in every way possible to ensure we were happy customers. In our panic we had considered three other mechanics in Alex, but Hill did a wonderful job of outshining them!! Thank you, very much appreciated!!

Excellent service and experience with the whole Team

This place is a complete joke after nearly 8 months of me paying my bill in cash on arrival. I'm still receiving emails saying I owe money. Contacted them directly and they said they had sorted it, but little over an hour ago I received another email. If they cannot sort their accounting/paperwork I certainly wouldn't let them near my car again. Worst service I have experienced EVER!

The guys at Hills go out there way to accommodate you and service is quick. Very knowledgeable staff. I like how all bills get emailed through same day. Last guy just got out the wrong side of bed
