Chicken is dry and bland. If you order 2pc chicken, it's as good as ordering 1pc as the size is very small. Tonight's KFC dinner was a regret, so was the other week. We will definitely avoid this branch.

Made me sick.Got order wrong.Gave me burnt chicken that tastes dry and disgusting, I don't know how they cooked it.Chips tasted like they were made yesterday. Felt like vomiting. Stay away from this place unless you want to get sick.

Made an online order at 6:30pm approx. Estimated delivery time was 6:56-7:11pm. Order arrived at 9:13pm. Food was cold. Called to see why it was not out for delivery, called SEVEN TIMES and NO ANSWER. Thought maybe there was a road accident or crash, perhaps explosion but nope bc it arrived EVENTUALLY and WITHOUT the 2 canned drinks. Normally love KFC but Greenwood has sadly disappointed once again.

20min waiting in store and still not servied (only 4 people in the shop), floor was so greasey very dangerous for someone like me who use crutches to get around, ended up using the drive through.

Ordered 2 double downs during my 30min lunch break only to get back to work and only had one meal in the bag. Do missed having lunch as didnt have time to drive back and was given a credit meal for another day which was pointless.

Literally just came from here and my feed was over $106 so we asked for a receipt and they said we would get it at the next window. After waiting15 minutes for our food we asked for the receipt and then they said yes and walked away so we were waiting another 10 minutes so we just drive off. Then to find once we got home we were missing heaps of our meal. I tried to call the phone number they provide but no luck getting answered. Terrible and a rip off .

This is my local, and has always been average, but lately have gone down hill badly!!! Orders through drive thru are ALWAYS wrong, either missing items or not what we ordered, chicken pieces are well undersized. We pay good money! It's getting beyond ridiculous!

Service was lightening fast, chicken was least greasy than KFC can be. KFC restaurants are always ugly, dirty and poorly designed so we planned for takeout so I can’t really assess the atmosphere much.

Placed an online order. Large share bucket with sides - Did not get the 2 orders of fries and the Sauces ordered were also wrong.Wont answer phone - will email for store credit / vouchersAlthough not hopeful given other reviews and feedback

One star fancied the new Aloha burger Combo, order plus also order 3 piece quarter chicken box, quick service after passing around counter twice,.Disappointed as order wasn't what was advertised, I took it back and showed young guy behind counter he had a look n laugh and then I got told by another employee that there was no bacon, and no Coleslaw the chips were not freshly cooked, they only thing in parr was the xan of coke
