This is the WORST COMPANY I ever encountered on the internet. I paid for a cowboy hat in leather, but the one I got was 100% polyester. They I tied to contact Urban Caps by e-mail, phone, chat facility on website. I had no reply what so ever. I contacted my bank about it, which refunded me the money paid by credit card. It was classed as fraud by the bank. DO NOT TRADE WITH THAT COMPANY ! ! !

This would have to be the worse company I have ever dealt with, the company states it’sNZ but was drop shipped from China and the quality of the hat was disappointing and they won’t respond via email/ chat bot or phone call when I want to return and get a refund.DO NOT buy from this company!

Do not buy from this company! Hats are falseLY advertised as leather. It arrive as 100% polyester. Poses as a NZ company and drop ships from China via Netherlands to cover their trail. No responses to emails.
