Flowan Massage Therapy

I booked a back/shoulders/neck massage and it was one of the best massages I've ever had. Fabricio took the time to understand what kind of massage I was looking for, and he removed the tension and pain I had in that area. The massage had the perfect pressure and, additionally, it was relaxing -which, in my experience, is unusual to get whilst removing pain.I would 100% recommend him.

Fabricio is a highly professional, intuitive body worker/massage therapist. He creates a warm, welcoming environment allowing for a deeply relaxing and transformative massage. His technique leaves body feeling refreshed, free from aches and pains.

I went to see Fabricio 4x in 2022 over a period of a few months for back/neck/shoulder stiffness/soreness, and my returning for treatment says it all. His technique is gentle unlike other massage therapists, applying just the right amount of pressure needed. He always takes his time to provide further recommendations to improve your condition and even checks in a day or so after the massage to see how you're doing. Will definitely return.

I had a great experience at Flowan Massage. I struggle with overuse stress and general tension from performing as a musician, and Fabricio was very sensitive, aware, intuitive, and found all the tension I was carrying very effectively, even spots that I didn't know I had. I felt safe with his expertise and touch, and feel restored!

Booked here because of the uniformly 5-star reviews, as I was visiting Napier for some relax & recharge time. I can confirm that every one of those stars is well deserved. Fantastic! Hit all the spots I asked for & gave good advice for on-going self-massage for an old injury. Highly recommended.

Kia oraThis is a long but extremely positive review. For some years, ive favoured my right arm after a shoulder injury. Its never fully healed right. This resulted in tension in my upper body, pain when turning my head, general overall tightness and headaches. I also have hip issues from wearing heals for most of my working life. I've tried chiropractors, physios, osteos and accupuncture. It was starting to affect my ability to function and I decided that I probably needed some time to relax and rest and that I would take a trip to Napier and maybe get a full body massage. The best decision I could have made!! I researched, texted and booked with Flowan and travelled the three hours to Napier for my weekend away and for the appointment. I explained to Fabricio my issues and for 90minutes he weaved his magic, concentrating on shoulders and hips. Wow what an experience!!I walked out of there on Saturday feeling like a million dollars - must have been zonked because I had my trackies on backwards!!He then spent time with me after the massage discussing a method which he thought might be useful for my situation. He sent me the details and I have the youtube video which Im using to fine tune tmy technique - its easy. He also gave me a hip tip, which has completely eliminated my hip pain wow again!!Ive waited to post this review to see how long this feeling would last and Im happy to say that five days later - the headaches have not reappeared, my hips are so much better and I am more aware of the tension in my body i.e., when my shoulders are starting to rise up towards my ears :), I take notice and reset. I have rebooked for another massage in two weeks and Ill make a weekend of it.If I could, I'd pack Fabricio in to my suitcase and establish him in my town. He would have more than enough customers here to keep him busy, but boy must do what boy must do and Napier is so beautiful!!In a nut shell, extremely impressed and a game changer for me. I was really tense in my shoulders and neck and anticipated the massage would be painful but be worth it. The massage dealt to my tension with no pain whatsoever, and I left feeling about 10 years younger! Thanks Fabricio.

He’s a gem that you can not miss when you’re in Napier. Im visiting from London and the massage adds a lot to my Middle Earth experience. He knows exactly where to press. And the ambiance of the place is serene. He’s now on my checklist everytime I visit Napier. ☺️
