I can't speak highly enough of the service from Industrial Athletic. After I submitted my order I sent a query about dispatch and they responded really quickly by phone (I was expecting just an email) but I actually got to speak with someone which was awesome. Although the lady I spoke to apologised in advance that my order could be delayed (cos this was in Covid-times) my order actually arrived lightning fast. Quality of the products (I got a barbell and bumpers) is outstanding. Wouldn't hesitate to buy more stuff from them or to recommend to anyone.

Absolutely outstanding facility and team of staff. Huge variety of high quality equipment and knowledgeable trainers to assist with any PT needs or general questions. Could not recommend enough and love being a part of the Industrial Fitness members. Awesome motivating promotions for all levels of fitness of all ages and great members events held throughout the year. One of the best gyms I have ever been to.

Good online store for workout out equipment in NZ. At the better end of the market quality wise (although I don't think they directly make any equipment themselves like Rogue or Eleiko for example). Service is usually quick and communication good. I've purchased their Nitro Bar, various slam balls, resistance bands, barbell collars, kettlebells etc. The barbell collars were a bit ho-hum, but the rest was all good.

Industrial Athletic built me a mini home gym. Everything was super simple, from the first visit, to quoting, to full installation. So refreshing to work with a fully kiwi owned and operated business that completely understood every need and query I had. I would fully recommend to anyone wanting anything to do with gym equipment, from small gyms like mine to full blown gym kit out.
