Out of this world phenomenal service!It was my first time getting car repairs done, and I was a bit daunted by the process, but the team here led by Karl made it so easy! Like waving a magic wand, I felt like Cinderella, like my pumpkin had transformed into a coach!Customer service is phenomenal! Karl goes out of his way to do the courteous touches like holding the door open, with a magnanimous smile and demeanour that is so genuine. He really takes pleasure in providing world class service.Not did all my collision dents and damages disappear flawlessly, they also helped me out with another problem, unrelated to my collision. The mechanism for my car seat to fold down was broken.I thought it was going to be so much more expensive and complicated to get fixed than the Liam and the team here made it! It was a fraction of what I was expecting to pay, and they did it so quickly and even polished the buttons.And it was all fixed in the same trip! Really took the hassle out of all my car woes.Actually they gave my whole car a clean and polish inside and out.My car feels brand new now!Everything was done efficiently, and with excellence! I can’t recommend the team here enough!
