I was recommended to see Dr Nayana through a friend, and I have never looked back. She has changed my life. She is highly knowledgeable, dedicated and genuinely cares about you. She listens so patiently and takes the time to get to know you and to assess you. After seeing many Dr's and feeling frustrated that I was not being listed too and was not getting any better, Dr Nayana changed everything. I have been working with her for a few months and have never felt better; the way she blends holistic health with modern medicine means you get the best of both worlds as a patient. Dr Shah's integrative approach is a breath of fresh air, she doesn't just look at one thing in isolation, she sees the totality of health and has applied her broad knowledge of multiple disciples to identify the root cause of my issues, when no one else could. I am now well on the road to recovery. What's really exciting is Dr Shah is also teaching me how to improve the way I live my life so that I can be the healthiest version of myself. My husband and I met Dr Shah about ten months ago. We couldn't believe the extend she went to help us. We were exhausted by seeing doctors who didn't understand our health issues, and we gave up on finding solutions to our questions. I felt pretty helpless and lost trying to solve my health problems within the NZ medical system. I was so thankful to find an integrative doctor who looked beyond my symptoms and dug deep into the why. Dr Nayana is a knowledgeable, compassionate medical professional who works with a Integrative Medical approach to treat underlying conditions. She has patiently listened to me, helping me understand my underlying health conditions and encouraged me to address them.
