Not sure what the bad reviews for this place are about. I always go here when I’m in Auckland to get my money changed, they have really good rates and the staff are always friendly and helpful!

Got some American dollars, ordered online and could pick up within an hour which was great. Arriving at the kiosk, thete seems to be a little queue all the time.Just a nuisance that you cannot pay with international Mastercard, I had to get cash from an ATM nearby.

Ordered the money online with a good rate and it was available the next day. It is a busy place but the teller was friendly and helpful. Would use again.

This is in relation to the online experience rather than the store itself. I ordered currency 10 days ago. I called to see if it was ready to be told they don't have it in stock. They had plenty of time to order it in. If you can't then why advertise that currency? Now we leave tomorrow and it's too late to get it anywhere else. Very dissatisfied

It’s 2:15 on 21 September 2022. The service is soooo slow they had one person covering the whole store for an hour, 15 people waiting in line. I waited almost a whole hour just to get my exchange. The lady counting the money spent a few minutes checking each piece of money paper. Why is there only one person here for a whole hour in the middle of the day

Was best rate i found, even tho it wasn't really good either. Like visiting a 3rd world country.count cash by hand, are incapable of saying amounts out loud, just super unprofessional vibe.

I ordered to sell BHD and got a receipt online. When I took it to them they said they won't take BHD. The response was so blunt and nobody even cared to check my order no or the invoice. Such a time waste. They simply say website information is wrong. Wow thats a great. For reference, my order no. SR31885158393

the branch doesn't even deserve this 1 star. i stood in line almost 2 hours, just for the lady at the counter to tell me that the branch in hongkong western union made a mistake in the order of my name, the lady said that in their system, it was (first, surname, and middle), which is supposed to be (first, middle, and surname), however, the receipt that my mom holds has the correct order of my name, which i showed the lady, to which she insisted that it's wrong, but my mom called the hongkong agent and the agent told my mom that my name is correct, and then the agent proceeded to tell my mom to ask the nz lady to call the hongkong agent, to which i told the lady and explained to her. she told me that she couldn't do that, and only the hongkong agent's the one who can do that, and i asked the lady for their customer service number, which she said she they don't have. i stood there for almost 2 hours for nothing, the lady didn't even suggested anything, she just said she couldn't do anything. worst customer experience ever. i hope they can resolve issues like this in the future. please do better. its the branch in queen street.

Worst customer experience ever . I have asked the person to update my passport to verify my western union account but she told me to send money to someone & I did send to my family but in the end she say I can’t update. Really worst experience
