Highly reccomended.I contacted Harbour City Plumbing via their website regarding an issue with our hot water cylinder and the guys were very responsive.Glen showed up on the same day. He was super efficient at identifying and fixing the problem. He even managed an electrician to visit while he was there so everything could be fixed in one job. An extremely communicative and friendly professional.A pleasure to deal with, I'd happily reuse their services for sure :)

Our infinity water tank decided to die on us in the middle of winter. Harbour City attened to the job the same day. Sam was professional, very knowledgeable and was able to arrange installation of a new unit. Regan completed the install, arrived first thing in the morning as they knew the urgency of the matter. Carried out the install to a very high standard, again very professional tech, easy to deal with, friendly and just top notch guys. Even arranged the sparkie to come the same day. Pricing was also fantastic and Harbour City went out of their way to keep this a low as possible. I highly recommend these guys. Will definitley be using them for any future plumbing needs.

Incredible job done by Glenn and the team at Harbour City Plumbing today.I discovered a leak in our hot water cylinder this morning. It had evidently been leaking for some time. Called Brad on the 0800 number. He answered right away, took my details and arranged for Glenn who was out on a job to head my way urgently. Then Glenn called me to say he was on his way. Turns out my cylinder was rusted through so he immediately started calling around to find someone who had one in stock that would fit our low space, and who would deliver it on a Friday afternoon. The new cylinder arrived within the hour, with the extra parts required, along with a helpful guy to help strong arm the old one up the stairs. Glenn got a sparky here to connect it all up an hour later.At the end of the day, when he was just about done, I asked him to take a quick look at a filter I thought might need rinsing before he left. The whole part was rusted solid. He arranged for the vendor to drop off a replacement on their way home after closing, so he could finish the job there and then.An absolute stellar result - same day resolution and Glenn was a delight to have keeping me company today. He didn’t mind my ignorant questions and reused whatever existing parts he could. And he cleaned everything up and left things tidy.Haven’t had the bill yet, but their service was the best I’ve experienced. Couldn’t be happier. Will call no one else from now on. Thanks a million.

We have used Harbour City Plumbing for about 5 years now and find them to be very prompt and professional. We recently had a property that had a major leak over Easter weekend, they went out of their way to fix the problem for us. They always respond to our questions within 24 hours and I find their standard of work to be excellent. I Highly recommend them.

Glenn and Brad at harbour city are tops! I had a water pipe bust in my lawn and also a shower to replace and Glenn turned up, removed the old shower, dug out the broken pipe and fixed it all in the same morning!They are also really good at e.g. planning to bring a builder along if needed to e.g. replace some flooring damaged from the old leaky shower.Fast & efficient, and personable nice people. Very highly recommended.
