First impressions are everything and entrance and steps need a jolly good water blast. Inside a nice welcome from new guy, Gabe. Took my Mini Hamburgini w cheese, aioli and kumara fries home. Absolutely filling and delicious. Will return.

Food was still pretty good but sadly this place has gone down hill over the years. The service was terrible. Stood there for ages waiting to be served. The guy bagging orders looked at me multiple times while standing at the till and just carried on working, finally I suggested they take my order and then carry on which they did... The store is looking a bit tired and looks like it needs a deep clean. Stuff piled everywhere and the staff were struggling to get through to the back room.While I waited for my order one of the staff cleared away people's rubbish and food with gloves on then went straight to the hotline to handle food being prepared without changing gloves or washing hands.It's a shame to see as I used to come here regularly when I lived in the area and used to work at a sister store many years ago.

Great food at BurgerFuel, I usually go for the Double American Muscle as I love eating meat however I decided to try the V8 Vegan burger and it as super good! Don’t forget to try out their thick shakes, super thick and creamy.

I always love going to Burgerfuel Ellerslie. Their food here is great as always great music and fantastic service from the staff. The chips and kumara are crispy, goes fantastic when dipping it in into the aioli sauce. The meat patty is darn juicy too!!I think that the toilet needs some changes as they are lots of things in there making it a bit messy. But the toilet is clean though.

By far the best BurgerFuel. We use to live at Ellerslie and this has been our goto BF. We have transferred to 8 properties far from Ellerslie but we keep on going back to BF Ellerslie if we are craving for a nice yummy BF burger.

I knew I made a mistake after walking in store to pickup my online order. No customers and staff girls chatting amongst themselves finishing their chat before coming to the till and saying yup?"Got home found my burger had onion which I ordered removed and a melted aioli pottle which had spilt through the bag.Not worth the price for such bad service with no attention to detail"

First time eating at Burger Fuel. There was only one employee at the time who both cooked and served. She was very nice! As for the food, so good. Their smash browns are way better than BK's hashies. As for their burgers, very yummy and surprisingly the kid's size was pretty big with its portion. 10/10, would go again.

I want to give a shout out to the employee who worked on 30 january 2023 at 18.40, I dont know his name but he served customer very very well, he is outstanding. Even he worked alone but he still attentive to details, for example I saw him reminds the elderly to watch his step as he step down the stairs and to me, I redeemed my free burger for my birthday and he said happy birthday twice to me. He deserves a promotion

It would be better if the food was served in order. First come, first served. There were few people in the store. It is unfortunate that there are people who arrive later than me to get their meals and finish them while I'm still waiting for mine. It would not be worth my time to come here if I knew I would have to wait so long for one burger.
