I had an absolutely superior level of service from Peter and Dave at Superior Cars Ltd. I bought a 4WD Van that was a very hard to find model and the guys ensured that it was delivered in excellent condition. Even after purchase they were able to assist me with a couple of additional requirements for the van. What I would call a good, honest business and I am completely stoked with my purchase. The salesman had no idea what he was doing or what he wanted. At one point the car was all good to go, the next they needed something else. He tried convincing us to go with his insurance which i am pretty sure he gets a cut. When I disagreed and decided to go with my own insurance he needed the insurance before he would release the car. That was fine, got the insurance, went on Monday, guess what? he sold the car to someone else. How disappointing. Never go there again, USELESS

Bought a car online and they kindly delivered to Rotorua for us free of charge as we were unable to go and pick up, made the buying process so easy and hassle free. Thank you very much Peter and David at Superior Cars New Plymouth.Didn't want to have to post this but....Update: Car was taken in for a service from AA auto service and quoted nearly $4000 worth of faults to replace on the car with only less than 2000kms done since owning the car in 6 months, David refusing to take any responsibility under Consumers Guarantee act saying its been over 3 months so we have no chance with that. I understand that cars have normal wear and tear but to have done so little kms since getting a brand new WOF when we bought the car.

this place is crap i brought a car 1 year ago less than 6 months of owning it, it stopped working had them pick it up payed $120 for them to tell me nothing was wrong with it two weeks later it needed a brand new battery since it has needed a new starter motor and now has a blown head gasket paid 4500 for it in cash with a 500 trade in they promised me a 1 year warranty but as soon as there was a problem told me i didnt have one and were quite rude to me on the phone i would not recommend you go there!!! if i could give zero stars i would!!!!from a very angry customer!!!

Just purchased my 11th car from Peter, what a little ripper. I have sent 5 people I know here and they all are happy with the deal they got as well. Hmmmm I wonder if he's got a turbo V8 F350 see you soon Peter!
