My father was recently admitted to hospital after collapsing. He was found to have 9 stomach ulcers due to multiple blood thinners prescribed by this practice.I attended the practice once with my father, the practice is tired and dirty with poor infection control . I wouldn't go back unless my life depended on it .

Really disgusting, so rude, no one care when you will visit in urgent all the times ignoring and dont listen properly what is the emergency just book a appointment that,s it. Receptionist is very rude and just want to get ride of from the patient.i visited there in urgent because my wife was pregnent and when i told all the matter to receptionest she said its not a emergency and booked a appointment for friday after 3 days. She did not listen properly if she listen me properly that time and consult with doctoror nurse then may be we can save our baby.she is responsible for all this things i will take a legal against these people.Same thing happen again today they gave a appointment for 4.10pm evening and just waste my 1 hour there again no doctor or nurse just all the time please take seat we will see u soon .

Dr Beacham was very rude and condescending. Not at all interested in helping me with my problems. Literally told me that he wouldn't do anything for me today because he is too busy"

Dr Beacham and his team are amazing. They went above and beyond for our 1 year old son who was feeling poorly while we were in Hastings on holiday. While Dr's are extremely stretched we were never made to feel like we were an inconvenience and Lachlan was treated with respect. Thank you very much.

My younger brother recently saw doctor Beacham ..... terrible money hungry people him and his wife are is all I can say , he charged my brother $50 and he's 15 years of age , he insists on all patients going back , at least 3 times ! He's not interested in helping people but only to make money , I had heard so many bad reviews before hand but it was the only place my mother could book him into at the time unfortunately, stay away people ! He's only after money ! And his wife is bloody rude !!!

His wife was rude on the phone when I rung them the second time that pharmacy didn't get prescription. She said to me that I am not the only one here, there are hundreds of people.Also asked prescription for my sore throat and I got Paracetamol and nosal spray for $25 prescription. I needed some antibiotics and not Paracetamol.

Outstanding. Dr Beacham and his nurse were excellent. I thought it was 24 hours but it closed at 2000. He saw anyway well in closing. He did a good assessment and gave me medication from stock to help me as the pharmacies were closed. He is a great doctor and a caring person. Would recommend!

Unless you are forced to go to this practice (as I was when everyone else was full). Do not come to this practice .I was treated unprofessionally by the doctor who doesn't listen or care what your needs are and only wants to rush through as fast as he can to get the next sorry sod through his door . They are pill pushing money hungry people who don't care for their clients well being and the whole place is unsanitary.The tools are also outdated to say the least.I would have to literally be dying to go back.

Totally uselessThe receptionist is really rude and arrogant. Got No manners how to talk with patients.Doctor won't listen to the patient properly.Have to wait hours after the actual appointment time.Doctor will only say i can't do anything for your problem.Really unprofessional .Would give them negative rating.Don't go there.Unfortunately, cannot change the gp due to the health system.

Incredibly unprofessional; the doctor took a phone call mid session, then made completely uncalled for remarks about punjabi women. He spent the remainder of the appointment pushing weight loss drugs on my partner (AFTER my partner shared that he had lost over 80kg naturally!!) and then he insisted my partners regular doctor was an idiot for saying he no longer needed diabetes medication (Despite the fact that blood tests have shown his blood sugar is perfectly normal and has therefore been controlled with diet for several years now).My partner was sent to this clinic by his employers to get a letter stating it was safe for him to continue working with a particular chemical; we will never be going there again.
