We shared a tasty meat lovers pizza for lunch. Took doggy bag home of 4 pieces. Very tasty & filling.

This is not a trendy cafe or wine bar however it is a favourite for bikies (not patched)With plenty of parking and room for kids to run around.On entering I felt like I had stepped back into the 70’s.I felt engulfed by the smell of oil that circled the air.Pink walls and a lonely musician outdoors playing to the crowd resting on bar leaners.This place has potential just needs some TLC.

Best local Restaurant , lovely friendly atmosphere , the staff were happy to accommodate our dietary requirements and took care making our steak meals Gluten free , awesome family Friendly environment . We also agreed as a family that the prices were very reasonable for the amazing meals and service we received and have decided that the Wines will become our local where we have a nice meal regularly .

Before I review anything else, I would like to share an important message: do not eat here if you are in a rush for time - we had to wait an unbelievably long 1 hour on 28th Dec 2016 (Wednesday) 7pm (and we were not warned about it when placing our order). Just queuing to order took about 15 min with 3 others in the queue before us. One of the girls at the counter was nice though, when we couldn't wait any longer (about 30 minutes or so after we placed our order) and approached her to ask about our order, she helped to check and assured us that it would be ready quite soon, and true to her words we finally got our food soon after.It is a nice place to chill too, if you have plenty of time on hand. There is a pool table, a jukebox and a lot of space in it's backyard. Plenty of parking space too.The pizza $20 was good. There are generally pretty good pizzas in New Zealand though, and plenty of opportunities to grab one.We also had a lemon chicken caesar $20. Lemon chicken (deep fried) didn't have any taste. Serving size was pretty generous.

Fun night with The Passengers. Top covers band. Great venue. Sadly understaffed with no main meals available and long waits at the bar.

Lovely friendly staff, great service and atmosphere , and delicious food. Highly recommend.
