The Woolshed at Tipapa

This was such an incredible setting for our wedding, with the two spaces it was like having two venues. Jane and Stewart were amazing hosts, so friendly and helpful. The Woolshed needed minimal decor, letting it's history and rustic nature shine, and the gardens look impeccable, right down to Stewart given the lawns one last pass the night before! Our guests were so impressed and there were so many spots to capture photos. We would thoroughly recommend this special property, and will treasure the memories of our time there.

A beautiful location, with gorgeous buildings and immaculately maintained grounds. Spacious yet cozy rooms with friendly staff.They’ve been nothing but courteous and flexible with our own movements, especially in these uncertain (COVID) times.I know I’ll be returning when I’m next in the region!

We viewed Tipapa and honestly fell in love with the place. They gave us a quote for the range of dates we gave them with a deadline of when they would expire. We responded after some time as we have a lot of factors (COVID being a huge one with my family in the UK) but way before the deadline we decided we were ready to book! But suddenly now there are more fees for when we want the wedding and denial that we had ever told them the dates we wanted. It's been an incredibly disappointing experience and I hope they can be more upfront in the future so no one else has to go through this. Perhaps just admitting they had made a mistake and cannot supply the orinigal price would have made this experience a little less heartbreaking, instead we've been met with hostility and made to feel unreasonable.
