Poor management = terrible customer service.☹️☹️☹️I was charged twice for the same order. Was told that my card hadn't worked, so I paid with another card. When I checked my statements, i saw that both had been charged. I'd paid for my order twice. Unfortunately, when I returned to the store to sort it out a few days later, nobody was capable of sorting it out. And it seemed that nobody was particularly interested in speaking with me or working how to resolve the problem. What was clear was that every staff member that I spoke to thought it was someone else's problem Im not the manager". I went to the store three times over the next two weeks

Ordered toasties with my meal via click and collect, and brown bread was used. Also very minimal sauce and cheese. Gross.

Came in around 6:30pm tonight had the best customer experience! Wanted to post a wee comment as I’m really thankful for this worker! Makes it easier to talk to them and was so polite even went to the back to get the cookies I wanted :) thank you

Very slow service, one staff member on a sat night. Very expensive. Staff seem to charge extra even though no extras has been asked for with the sub.

Went for lunch with my two kids. Let me be clear, the two staff were pleasant and trying their hardest, but, it was clear they were very poorly supported in training by store manager and owner who were both absent.No food allergy plan or chart available.Impossible to order as son has anaphylaxis to egg.Both staff had never seen the chart in store. All other Subways have one.Easily the worst Subway in Canterbury despite two staff that were trying their hardest.Owner needs to sell if they are going to destroy the Subway brand.National Subway headquarters notified.

Went to subway hornby branch during lunch time today was the only customer in the shop at the time so no rush, however I got this absolute monstrosity of a “meatball sub”. For starters some of the meatballs weren’t even in the sub at all and then I had some unearthly Like part of “lettuce” in my sub that I nearly choked to death on attempting to consume. While eating my sub I had unripe lettuce n spinach which caused me to spit out my mouth full due to how disgusting it was. Wasn’t even asked if I wanted my sub toasted or not or even offered the chance for some salt n pepper. I love subway but come on this is where I draw the line, absolutely not.

Very average quality on the subs. The bread was stale and salad was soggy. Very rude service. Will go to one of the many other Subway in ChCh
