We've been using NZ Box for a year now and have found Reuben and the team have provided an exceptional service whilst also saving us money. They have always been quick to respond and found them easy to deal with. After having had issues with numerous break ins, their team were quick to action lock-boxes being installed on all three of our containers. Great company

We dealt with Reuben right from start from initial enquiry through to delivery. Reuben was excellent to work with from guiding us through the process of choosing the 10ft high cube, on confirmation for navigating our neighbour’s slight inclined driveway for access & delivery and through to after sales.

Googling for a container to buy, I ended up on the NZBox website. I contacted Reuben and got a quote for the different grades of containers. Price was great for what we were after (one trip). Communication was great, delivery when agreed, and the container in tiptoppop condition.Great price, great product, great communication, and fast delivery. What else to wish for?

Just wow, I am so impressed with the level of service I experienced. Rueben was amazing and nothing was a problem. I got the quote on a Monday paid for it late that day and the container was delivered 3 days later, I honestly did not think it would be here so quick as we are approx 80-90k's away. Absolutely fantastic company, would highly recommend. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful, especially Stuart was very patient with all my phone calls and questions. The guys who delivered and picked up the container were very skilled at their job and everything went smoothly. It was great to be able to fill and empty the container in our own time, and it took a lot of the stress out of moving. NZBox got the container from A to B faster than other moving companies, which meant we were only without our belongings for a couple of days.We will definitely be giving you a call at the next move!

I have been delighted with the professional and honest approach of this company. Stewart has been my contact and organiser with the company. I organised for 2 containers to be delivered to my property for a move of my household goods from Auckland to Queenstown. I very impressed in Stewart approach from the intail contact to sending the quote. I found Stewart to be easy to contact and very good communicator. We worked together for when i wanted the containers delivered for loading for when I wanted th e containers delivered to Queenstown. Stewart also gave me advice on obtaining transit insurance and locks for securing the containers. When the containers where delivered to my site I found the driver to very helpful and professional. We discussed the placement of the containers which made loading very easy. I also noted the containers delivered where of a very high standard and modern design eg heaps of breathing slots easy open doors and security lock box feature to secure the doors.Thank you NZbox.
