Wow, I took a road bike rear wheel in to get tire change and supplied the new tire, when I rang them I got quoted $60, when I dropped wheel and tire off I got a written quote of $70 so thought I'm here now I'll get it done for that, (thinking it's getting up there), dropped off at 1.30pm on the day, picked wheel up next morning at a cost of $78, so three different prices all up, expensive i thought, there hourly rates must be horrendous because it takesless 30 minutes to change a tire, that's what ya get for not purchasing the tire off them and supplying ya own, I bet they couldn't supply the same tire for the price I paid online because there cost to change it reflected that, they had the cheek to ask where I bought it from, that right there tells me it hurt them to change a tire over that they didn't sell, I've had many bikes in my time (I'm 61 yrs old), never paid that for tire change ever, they won't be getting my business again......

Dropped mower off 2 weeks ago, got told be ready in 1 week, easy as can understand close to Christmas. Rung up to confirm it was ready 1 week later got told, I should have been told 2 weeks not 1 week

Went in on a whim to purchase a couple of exhaust screws for a chainsaw,being an older model they had none in stock,but they went out of their way to find some. I only needed 2 but they gave me 4 at no charge. Exceptional service. Looking around the store they have a huge range of equipment for both the commercial sector and homeowner. Well worth a look.

Spoke with Natalie to book my mower and trimmer in for a service. When i go in on the day agreed there is no booking in the system. I took a day off to get this done because servicing is important, guess i loose! Staff are clearly very stressed and understaffed but are trying their hardest. Will be going elsewhere from now on.

My partner and I were stuck in Levin over night with a flat tire on my rd bike, these guys had us sorted and on our way by mid-morning. Great service, excellent communication and very fare pricing. Some of the shops in the main centers could learn a lot from you guys, congratulations on a job well done.

Booked a service over the phone and was told to bring it in and it would take a day. I bought the items in and they had no booking’s and said it would take 2-3 days. Terrible service

I had new tyres fitted that I brought and dropped off. Really nice people really good service. I would go back.

Took line trimmer in for service. 7 days later, I have to ring them. They'd lost the paperwork.Pick it up. Charged $134 and no new parts either. Ridiculous. Watched YouTube video, work could be done in under 15 minutes.This means their hourly technician rate" was about $360 an hour. Very annoyed indeed.And the service was unsmiling and terse. I understand it is not probably their dream job
