I was very impressed at the level of communication during the recruitment process. Every step was explained in easy-to-understand language, the responses to questions were timely and the verbal communication was in a way that showed the recruiter (Ashley) actually cared. The process itself was very daunting, our internal process in the Police is completely different, so I felt way more nervous about each step in the process than I would normally have. I don't plan on going through the process again, but if life sends me in that direction, I wouldn't hesitate to work with Ranstad again.

Applied for a job got the offer letter and now i am told the offer is rejected as i didn't meet a requirement. All my documents was with Indi and Ryan and if this was the case i could have been rejected on the next stage of the interviews that were conducted. At the 11th hour of joining my new job, i am unemployed due to ranstads incompetence. Will take further legal action against this as you are dealing with people's employment and career.
