Staff running around without masks on. Concerning. Another group of people were discussing wheather to go in ir not because of it.Still running around without a mask and on top of that was having a nice chit chat eith a customer whos mask was hanging off one ear the whole time, check your camera...would like to feel safe on your premises and thats not happening at all

Great place to pop in and get the laundry done. No pet washing machine though. The lady there saved the day and lent me the spray and cloth. Which was awesome.

A very expensive exercise for a single wash and dry using your card system. The card cost $3 we put on $27. It was a one-off use as we are travelling through Mangawhai and probably never return. Disappointing for travellers. In hindsight we should have left the card, which has credit on it, for someone else in our situation.

So expensive. Makes Auckland look cheap. Unmanned. You have to ring a cell phone for help. To bad if you don't have your phone. Not clear how to get laundry card and you loose any money not used.

Good size machines and lots of them. Easy to use.Only small gripe is the amount of pet hair my clothes come home with and the dryers make the washing smell of dog unless I put a dryer scented tissue in with it.Maybe allocate a couple of machines for pet blankets only?Otherwise I highly recommend

In Response to the last comment posted.As promised I have spoken with my contractor. She has a verified exemption to not wear a mask. She would have been happy to produce this for you. But due to a bad attitude she chose to not produce it. We are all friends in this pandemic and we all doing the best we can. A friendly approach would have made a big differencePlease note on a regular schedule we fog disinfect the entire laundromat

Selected warm wash cycle - cycle was not warm. 15 minutes is also very short for what you are paying. Dryers did not adequately dry clothes in the promised amount of cycles, even after 1 extra cycle clothes were still not dry.

Good machines of various useful sizes and very tidy. Parking is just outside and the largest 30 kg washers can take a large duvet. Handy mobile number for any issues. Take your washing powder and maybe do some shopping at the shops nearby
