Andrew and his team are quite friendly and reasonable with the bills. No unwanted blabbering and staright to the point. My Mazda demio is a real beauty now. I don't think anyone will change from Autocraft once they got the service.

These guys are great. We arrived in Nelson late in the afternoon with our Audi overheating. They were able to see us the next day, diagnose the problem, overnight the part, and get us on our way. Great surface, easy to deal with, competitive pricing. Highly recommend. Thank you so much.

Heya chop shop. Dads done with treatment. Lawyer will be in touch with Bruce first then you’ll receive an invite to the disputes tribunal. Not MVDT.You run a chop shop and will be exposed you for what you have done to my dad. You and Bruce at vinz. False warrants and a car in the condition it was in that you pinned on Bruce. Should be interesting to hear you explain that in court.When the proof is submitted to the tribunal we will push for criminal charges on you and your 2 boys. Why did dad get the car days after the warrant was done again Andy? How many days after? Thieving trash you guys are.And did you shut down your fb page cause your wife lied about Deciding to leave a review when you guys told net safe you couldn’t remove it? Good honest people? Rubbish!

After being recommended to Autocraft by someone in the trade I called up Andrew very pleasant, knowledgeable and serviced my RS7 at a significantly lower cost than returning it to an out of town dealer for service. Will be getting my business going forward for sure.

Andrew and his team set the example for going the extra mile. A competitor and service agent told us it would be a 6 week wait for a part and would cost us X dollars. Andrew sourced the same part and had it installed in 6 days and well under the service agents quoted price. So got Autocraft to sort out our tyres as well. Happy customer.
